Mykonos

Mykonos was our first stop on the Cyclades. This small island is one big party place. Nevertheless, the capital is very picturesque with lots of extremely narrow streets forming a confusing labyrinth. Some of these streets were so narrow they could only be passed by one person at the time. I guess that such narrow streets ensure shadowy places on sweltering days and protect the houses from the fierce Aegean storms. Like Denmark, the Aegean Sea is a very windy place.
