The endless plains of the 4000 m (13000 ft) high Altiplano. At the horizon, in the middle of the picture, looms the highest mountain of Bolivia called Sajama volcano (6520 m / 21400 ft). To the right lie the Chilean volcanoes Parinacota und Pomerape (refer also to the trip to Chile).
