Work

Since August 2008 I've got a new position at a company in Staefa, Switzerland. This position cuts my commuting distance further down. Several years ago I flew over 1000 miles to my work place in Denmark. After my return to Switzerland I was left with 130 km (80 mi.) to the German-French language border. Now, my home town Thalwil is only 14 km (8.5 mi.) away from my work place. This is, however, beeline; there's a lake in between which I either need to drive around or cross by a boat. After a hard days work I usually choose the latter one. It's nice to breath in some fresh air after a full day in office. The following pictures show some impressions of my current daily trip to work.
